Fights, Love, Hope, Chum. 4-27

Fights:
At the last game of the Celtics-Cavs series, a lot happened. First you see Jae Crowder and J.R. Smith were fighting for a rebound, play-off game, so there is a lot more tension. Celts are about to get swept, so they are getting worried. Anyways Crowder is fighting for the rebound, like any other game, and then J.R. Smith just lashes out and back-hand punches him. Crowder is on the ground, not a flop but a hard, unexpected, cheap shot to his face. J.R. Smith was always a one-of-a-kind prick, but he took it too far here. J.R. was quickly surrounded by teammates to ask WTF he was doing. J.R., looking like a lemur with neck tattoos, had no answer. J.R was quickly ejected and Crowder was helped out to the locker room, where he would get checked for any symptoms of a concussion. Crowder would be back in the game, but then Kendrick Perkins started to hit him with a hard pick, Crowder was on the ground, then got back up to confront him. A little skirmish erupted, but Crowder couldn't get any blows to Perkins, as Kyrie Irving kindly took some while in between them. Crowder is coming off a shining year, scoring 7.7 ppg, and had 7 this game, 2 more than Perkins' point total for his whole career.
Love:
Kevin Love was also in that game, fight for a loose ball. The loose ball that would cause him to whine for what seems like a century. He and Kelly Olynyk were fighting for it, and in an instant, the ball went out of bounds, Olynyk tugged on Loves arm, Love runs away in dramatic shock. It's not a dirty-looking play when you look at it, only the event that it caused might make you think that. Love apparently dis-located his shoulder, he was holding it in that same dramatic shock. Afterwards saying "I thought it was a bush-league play ... I have no doubt in my mind that he did it on purpose" and also saying "That's just not a basketball play ... The league will take a look at it and it better be swift and just" okay bro, we get it. This means he will be out for the Bulls-Cavs series, assuming the Bulls make it. Which brings...
Hope:
Hope for the Bulls, with the Cavs being without love and J.R. Smith for a few games, which gets the Bulls a better shot at winning the series. LeBron James is tough to beat, getting wiser, and still racking up points and carrying a team full of young guys. Kyrie Irving is also there, he is a star player who can score whenever he wants. The Bulls are a deep team, hitting you with Jimmy Butler, Pau Gasol, and Derrick Rose as our scoring bunch. Then we come at you with the monster that is Joakim Noah with Taj Gibson. Mike Dunleavy Jr. can hit 3-ball, as well as a few jumpers. Our bench consists of a star in the making, Nikola Mirotic, 'threekola' can shoot 3's, drive in the lane, and hit jumpers when we need him too. He also provides some extra hustle. Aaron Brooks is also on the bench, he can score as well as anybody in the league. We would already be preparing to play against them but a...
Chum:
Chum, in Derrick Rose. We had the game in the bag, but Rose lost the ball. They then threw and inbounds pass to the player Rose was guarding, with ~1 second left. The Bucks player made it and got the Bucks their first play-off game win. Well deserved. Derrick lost it, then lost the player, who did a whoopty-wop, back-door cut, which led to an easy layup. Come on. Chum.

Kawhi - 4/23

The Spurs were against the Clippers in an OT thriller, Kawhi Leonard probably didn't know he was goingto do good, or if he was going to win the Defensive Player of the Year Award. Kawhi has big hands, and he is very fast, great at getting steals. His hand is like a baseball mitt, yet like the talons of a falcon, good at grabbing like the mitt, and swooping fast like the falcon. It seems like the ball is in an attraction with his hand, like a magnet. Beside from that Kawhi is a monster defender, putting the best in lock-down. LeBron James (or as referred to in my school, LeGod James, LeBurn Jums, Leeebroun Jaymes) was in solitary against Kawhi in the Finals, he could not do anything special, because of Kawhi's long arms, big hands, and quick feet. Kawhi was a big part in last night's victory having 23 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists. Tim Duncan also stole the show with 28 Pts, 11 Reb, 4 Ast, 2 Stl, 1 Blk, he is 3 days from his 39th birthday. Old Man' Duncan is getting better with age. The Clippers were in the game the whole time though, thus making it into OT, but Blake Griffin (29 Pts, 12 Reb, 11 Ast, 1 Stl, 1 Blk) who had a triple-double could not carry the Clippers for that long, the Spurs started to 'hack-a-Shaq' DeAndre Jordan, so the Spurs eventually won.
Just Another Day at the Office for Kawhi

Schedule: Cleveland @ Boston, Chicago @ Milwaukee, Golden State @ New Orleans.
