James Harden is the best player in the NBA right now, which means he is the best in the world right now. Out of active players of course. He leads the league with 27.3 PPG, and is the leading candidate for MVP. The beard was once a sixth man in Oklahoma, if you can imagine, I still am pissed about that trade OKC did. It seems like everyone else is over it except me and the OKC fans. The trade happened, it sucks, life is that way, but it feels so much worse. The Thunder were a thriving young team the year they made it to the finals, a group of 3 young fellas in Kevin Durant ,Russell Westbrook, and occasionally Serge Ibaka was held together by the beard. He kept everything together, in offense and defense. OKC did not know it at the time, and because of that ignorance, the lasting image of OKC to date is the one where KD, Russ, and Harden are on the bench, towel on KD's head, and James harden in the middle, just keeping it all together.

To be honest I want to cry when I see this because this is the last time they will see the Finals. Russ and KD won't get there again, unless KD goes to Washington and whoops the living S*** out of my Chicago Bulls on the way to the ECF's. Westbrook is a bomb, ready to explode, a 40 point scorer on average it seems, but if OKC keeps him, he won't get there either. I know, I know, everybody said all this a year ago when they just let it go, but this is my farewell to the good, young, OKC we once loved. I pray Russ will lead a team to a long winning streak to make it to the Playoffs.
Harden notched a Triple-Double last night in a win over Minnesota. He had 31 Pts, 11 Reb, 10 Ast, 1 Stl, 4 Blk.
KD has undergone a procedure to address "increased soreness" in his surgically repaired right foot. He is sidelined.
Russ has a Triple-Double with 20 Pts, 10 Ast, 11 Reb with 4:20 to go in the 4th against the Pacers. Thunder are winning.
