Highlights 1-3-16

First post this year! I took a week long break but now I'm back at it, and what better way to start it off then to talk about how Jimmy Butler went off last night against the Raptors. Destroying every person in his way. He had a lowly first half, only scoring 2 points but he had a historical second half. Butler broke Michael Jordan's franchise record for most points in the second half, with 40 points, obliterating the Raptors who were up by 12 at half time. It was a great performance by Butler, a great player who continues to grow more and more into a true All-Star, which he was last year, but he has gotten even better, he may be the next big thing because of how well he plays on both sides of the court. The guy can really defend, and the way he gets to the bucket is only comparable to the likes of Westbrook, LeBron, Harden, and John Wall, each of them All-Stars. He continues to become the next big player for Chicago, a role he must assume if we want to make it past, or even to the Eastern Conference Finals. He scored 42 Pts, 4 Reb, 5 Ast, 1 Stl, 1 Blk. Toronto played well until the start of the second half, where they just lost a little control and let the game slip away by 2 points at the end. Kyle Lowry did the most for the Raptors with 22 pts, and 10 ast. DeMar DeRozan also put in a hefty 24 points.
Bulls- 115, Raptors- 113.

The Atlanta Hawks should be embarrassed because of their lack of effort against the lowly New York Knicks. The Knicks played good basketball, with Arron Affalo leading the charge,  player who I thought was older than 30. But he scored 38 Pts, 2 Reb, 2 Ast, 1 Blk. The Hawks are not as good as last year, where they had the best record and were the best team for a while. They are struggling because of the loss of DeMarre Carroll to Toronto, a player who was very important to them since he could play well on both ends, and could shoot well. He also went to Mizzou props to him. Also props to Mizzou Womens basketball for cracking the Top-25 at #20, they look to take on #12 Tennessee tonight. Good luck too them.
Knicks- 111, Hawks- 97.

Lil B dropped 'Thugged Out Pissed Off' 63 Tracks! Thank you Based God!
