Highlights Nov.2 Boogie Nights

Boogie Nights is back baby! DeMarcus "Boogie" Cousins was a monster yesterday against the Clippers. The Clippers, who are too excited over their rebirth as an NBA team with their new GM, did not perform well against the Kings last night. Wait... I take that back, they performed well but the Kings performed better. Cousins had this stat line 34 pts, 17 reb, 5 ast, 3 blk, an insane stat line and if you thought this was a one-man show, just look at Rudy Gay's  25 pts, 7 reb, 6 ast, 1 stl&blk. If the Kings play at-least 20 more games with Cousins and Gay giving out solid stat lines, they might actually make the Playoffs. Boogie and Gay coudn't have done it without a little help from their friends though, friends being only Darren Collison (14 pts, 5 reb, 4 ast) because they didn't use Reggie Evans, the rebound machine. The Kings need to make their bench deeper, with the loss of Isaiah Thomas (the active Isaiah Thomas not to be confused with the tough, Piston, of Isiah Thomas) who was an instant contributer who had 18.7 ppg, 2 reb, 3 ast last year, he is now with the Suns.
Kings: 98, Clippers: 92.
Klay Thompson had one of the biggest nights of his career yesterday too scoring 29 points and pickpocketing 3 times (steals). He and Curry (21 points) were very good against a tough Portland team, who really plays like a team, with 4/5 players on the starting lineup being solid performers on a day-to-day basis (Lillard 11 pts, 6 reb, 5 ast; Lopez, 12 pts, 10 reb; Matthews 18 pts, 3 reb, 1 ast; Aldridge 26 pts, 13 reb, 1 ast.). I really like seeing Portland play, hopefully I'll see more play of them this season.
Warriors: 95, Trailblazers: 90.
